The organization had been relying on the same business systems and workflows for a decade which, over time, became fragmented and inefficient. Their supplier onboarding systems lacked configurability, had inconsistent compliance checks to meet modern requirements, and offered limited visibility. Â
The Reporting workflow required creating dummy users and repetitive manual email setups due to rigid scheduling workflows. Communication templates were managed in silos, causing inconsistent messaging, high maintenance effort, and no central governance. These inefficiencies slowed client activation, increased operational load, and reduced scalability.Â
